Begin Again Counseling is a committed partner and advocate for mental health. We work alongside a variety of service providers to address unmet needs in our community by providing requested services on-site or at our Lexington location. For those working in addiction recovery, we provide credentialing consultation, as well as group and individual counseling, assessments, testing, Targeted Case Management, etc.
Intensive Outpatient Treatment(IOP)
A structured, supportive program for those needing more intensive care while maintaining daily responsibilities. Tailored to provide the tools needed for a sustainable, healthy lifestyle.
Outpatient Treatment(OP)
Flexible therapy sessions designed to support a healthy lifestyle while managing personal and professional commitments.
Targeted Case Management(TCM)
Individualized, coordinated services that connect to critical resources—housing, healthcare, and more—removing barriers and supporting lasting change.
Group & Individual Therapy
1:1 therapy sessions to address personal challenges in a confidential & supportive environment. Clinical groups where individuals can share experiences, build relationships & strengthen coping skills.
